Shipping policy

Dear customer, thank you for stopping and shopping at AFRORICHESSE. We promise to deliver your package as quickly as possible, and you are welcome to contact our customer service for any question about your order. Here are the conditions of our shipping policy.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order has been paid, please, we need 7-14 business days to process and ship from your order date. Any order after 12pm, process will begging the following day.

Shipments may be delayed by few days, if experiencing high volume of order. Please allow us additional few days (3-5 days) for you order to be processed. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

If standard shipping is chosen, shipped orders can take up to 2-3 business days to be delivered.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Free shipping over $99+.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

AFRORICHESSE is doing what it can to ship internationally to every country. Customs fees, VAT charges and others restrictions may apply depending on your location. Therefor these customs fees, duty, VAT and others charges are the responsibility of the customer that the product is shipped to.

International orders will be delivered depending on which carrier service chosen.

FEDEX, UPS, DHL are all available for you to choose.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Some countries may hold package at the local post office, and request duty or custom payments. In certain cases, ability to track package ends at port entry, at this point we are not responsible for any customs fees. This dealt solely with the country.

 

NB: 

*After your order has been shipped, you will receive notification email of your tracking number(s). Once the tracking number(s) is provided the buyer assume all the responsibility for tracking their package.

*We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, customer is responsible for any fees during and after shipping.

DAMAGE

Every order is handmade and inspected before shipping. We will not be responsible for any stolen, damage, misplaced or lost package during the shipping process with the carrier service or and after the tracking information is marked as delivered. If received any damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please snap and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.
